I was born and grew up at Cianjur City. I feel my city changes so much. In the past, Cianjur was green city with trees and ricefield everywhere. it wasn't many cars or motocycle on the street. People could go anywhere by walking. I used to go to Bandung by train.
Now Cianjur grew so fast. Minimarkets, supermarkets and settlement are built everywhere. Rice field is less than before, change with factories. The street is full of vehicle and make traffic jam. The weather is so hot and people feel uncomfortable walking on the street. No place for pedestrians because the road is bad. Three is cut down. I can't go to Bandung by train anymore because there is no train route for Bandung - Cianjur.
Recently Cianjur become a small modern city. Although the city become crowded but one thing i like from this changing, there are bookstore and hang out place now. Yeaaaay!!
